¢Ã Job Description
Successful candidate will play a role as technical seller as account manager for Sales & Marketing Team, who takes care of Korea refinery market as well as the leading Korean engineering companies, which actively participate into the global oil & gas project EPC ( Engineering Procurement Construction) market.
1) Develop in-depth understanding of the micro industry growth mega trends, regulation and drivers; 2) Develop solid understanding of Overseaa Oil & Gas, plant engineering business in the value chain, and our offering to the market; 3) Establish very effective working relations with customers, and build up solid understanding of customer¡¯s needs, and their growth strategy; 4) Set up very cooperative working relations with regional chemical engineering companies to promote our technology & solution; 5) Proactively acquire market intelligence—competitors¡¯ latest move in the market, their biz strategy, commercial and technical offerings, pros & cons of their offerings; 6) Work out key customer account plan; 7) Identify suitable regional distributor, provide them with necessary training, align their activities with our biz strategy, and evaluate their performance; 8) Proactively identify any new biz opportunity, and provide assistance to regional & global marketing manager¡¯s work to optimize the regional market plan and global segment market plan; 9) Achieve the target biz goal (revenue, margin, volume); 10) Help define any opportunity for new product, technology development
¢Ã Required Qualification
- 5 years or above industry experience (working in refinery, or oil & gas projects); - Chemical Engineering degree; - Korean leading engineering company or international engineering houses (Technip, Worley Parson, UOP, KBR, etc) - Excellent communication skills - Good team work spirit; - Biz driven and customer focused; - High level of initiative and could work under pressure
